Bolt action rifle crafting recipe

this is a small mod that adds a crafting recipe to 6th bullet's expansion pack for iron's arms 'n artifice, currently its for the bolt action rifle I made this mod because as of now the bolt action rifle doesn't have survival crafting recipe so here is a temporary solution :3 hopefully the original mod adds crafting recipe for the guns and makes this mod unneeded

obviously you need 6thbullet's mod for this to work all what my mod does is add single crafting recipe
