Added Gamerule: keepBoiledOneSyndromLocked
Broadcast Interferance won't happen if the gamerule "disableBroadcast" is set to true
Boiled One won't reset after death if the gamerule "disableBroadcast" is set to true
Can't use the Bible if the Boiled One isn't nearby
Decreased Triggerrate of the broadcast interferance
Decreased Spawnrate
During an Broadcast Interferance, Boiled Ones face won't be visible always now.
Boiled One Syndrom takes a bit longer to increase
Decreased range of raycasing for slowing the boiled one when looking at it
Increased Rate for a Stalking Boiled One to spawn while sleeping
Stalking Boiled One's will spawn much closer to the player now
Increased Speed of the Boiled One
Stalking Boield One's will despawn if a player doesnt have the Boiled One Syndrom
Mobs take damage when attacking the Boiled One
