Allows player to control boat speed through /gamerule boatspeed

0 - No effect

10 - Default boat speed

25 - Fast enough

50 - FAST

100 - i'm fast asf boi

This mod WILL NOT BE UPDATED IN THE LATER MC VERSIONS!
