Server-Side Configuration & Admin Controls

• Added server-side support — the same JAR now installs on both client and server
• Server admins can control mod features via config/boatfly.json, generated on first boot
• Configuration is synced to clients automatically when they join

New Config Options:

• Disable boat flight entirely
• Lock speed so players cannot change it
• Set a default speed for all players
• Set maximum and minimum speed caps (-1 = no cap)
• Disable individual keybinds (flight toggle, speed up, speed down)
• Disable the /boatspeed command

Backwards Compatibility:

• Clients connecting to a server without the mod work fully unrestricted
• All defaults are permissive — mod works exactly like before if the config is untouched

Other:

• Added integration test suite (15 tests)
