bmaster's harder beginnings

this is harder beginnings it is to make starting a new minecraft world harder 

with the addition of the hatchet i removed wooden axes, to craft a hatchet you need to find pebbles and sticks on the ground 

this mod is in beta so support is always welcome 

this will come to 1.12.2 in the future once i have fixed the bugs
