Update 1.8.7 for NeoForge!

Tested on internal dedicated server environment, and seems to work

Additions:

+ Vending Machine functionality added to vending machines (pay with money or card, and receive a product; products may be obtainable only by vending machines)

+ Tube Man has 16 color variants

+ Pizza Vending Machine (can be connected further than 2 blocks wide)

+ Ice Cream Vending Machine (can be connected further than 2 blocks wide)

+ Debit Card is back (with functionality explained on ATMs, Change Machines, and the item itself)

Changes and Improvements:

• Tube Man animation changed, with controlled randomness added
• Change Machine functionality recreated (1 emerald = 4 money, and 1 money = 4 coins)
• ATMs require you to hold the Debit Card in the main hand, and hold money in the offhand to add that money to the card, you cannot use emeralds or coins directly with ATMs
• Change Machines convert emeralds to money, and money to coins, and can convert coins back into money, but not money back into emeralds
• Split code for newest additions into server and client for easier readability and seperation of features
• Added some descriptions to features that needed them
• For the future textures added
