- Azure goggles now have permanent unstable Night Vision, removing the previous 10 seconds of normal Night Vision;

- Camouflage device max duration is now 20 seconds (was 25 seconds);

- All "devices" now require the new item "Device Battery" as ammo;

- Fixed bug where Perfect Boots would cancel damage even when not worn.
