Bloodlines Chat

Added:
-Resizable window (just drag the window)
-Hide HUD background  
-Clickable http links (because people kept sending me youtube videos...) 

Change:
-HUD chat nolonger make a long band accross the screen fades at the end of the sentence

Bugs:
-fixed a bug or 5... 8
-fixed HUD getting cropped at the last bar of text
-Centering issues with chats not afixed to it's chat lines.

Attemped but threw out:
-Smaller font: 50 is the lowest we're going unless I play with font types to not lose pixels
-Heads at differnt parts of the chat rather then start... it just looked wrong. I rather not have a giant list of options and keep things simple.
