Adds a custom life-stealing enchantment

Adds a new enchantment for swords and axes to the game: Bloodletting. Bloodletting allows you to execute low-health monsters and heal when you kill them. Monsters below 15%-35% health (depending on enchantment level) are killed instantly, healing you for the same amount of health.
