- (Added) All missing textures, except for debug because it doesn't need one.
- Now when an undead players dies instead of them losing all of their souls, the souls now drop in the form of an item when they die. To regain lost souls just right-click with soul in hand.
- Started work on getting player resurrection.

- The ashen and normal estus flask now have a texture.
- (Internal) Fused the ashen and normal estus flask into one class/item.
