- Updated to 1.9.4, updated forge and JEI.

- Changed I18n to new one(?), because it was deprecated.

- Animal Herder now has a purpose when right-clicking a animal, it will capture it, when you right-click a block it will release it.

- Made custom potions better and maybe more useful in the future.

 

- (Issue) Animal Herder doesn't not take into account the side of the block.

- (Fixed) Linked entities didn't work.
