What's new

Fixed hoes. No idea how I missed they were broken for so long but they break stuff at the proper speed now.

Also added Smooth Stone Stairs since they were sitting in the code for months and I just never finished them off.

1.21 versions are coming, currently WIP.

This mod has no additional files
