• Fixed plots: residential, commercial and industrial zones are now placed as single fixed-size plots that must face a street, and the size shows before you place one.

• Upgrades: fixed buildings not upgrading even with enough land value, and added a warning when power or water is holding an upgrade back.

• Balance: population grows more easily, and demand, tax income and traffic were reworked.

• Visuals: construction effects, demolition that collapses floor by floor, hazard stripes on building sites, and a redesigned HUD with animated money, demand bars and news messages.
