- Loads Standard MIDI Files (Type 0 and Type 1) from .mid and .midi files.
- Plays all pitched MIDI channels with the vanilla note-block piano sound.
- Preserves tempo changes, PPQ/SMPTE timing, note velocity, channel volume, expression, and overlapping notes.
- Supports up to eight simultaneous notes with shared power limiting for dense chords.
- Skips the General MIDI percussion channel and rejects unsupported Type 2 files.
- Uses tick-aligned scheduling so delayed client ticks do not discard pending notes.
