[1.21.11] BlockByte Exchange v1.1.0 (NeoFabric)
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
BlockByte Exchange 1.1.0
For Minecraft 1.21.11 on NeoForge. Worlds, balances, research and teams from 1.0.0 carry over, and old files are kept as .bak.
Highlights
- Your first mine needs no Chip Press: iron, copper, redstone, glass panes, a furnace and Data Cable.
- New picture handbook. Page 1 shows the four crafting grids for your first mine, and a small tracker shows your next step. Every recipe is in the recipe book.
- Solar Panels, plus real screens for the Basic Generator and Battery Cabinet.
- A power bar on the controller and the Power tab shows what your miners need and where it comes from.
- Co-ops: share machines, research, power bills and payouts with friends. Your machines stay yours by default.
- The money loops from 1.0.0 are gone, and power is no longer free.
- Quiet by default: no chat spam, and E closes every BlockByte screen.
New
- Solar Panel: up to 20 W at noon under open sky (half a Tier 1 miner), less in rain, none at night. Look at one to see its output.
- Generator screen (fuel slot, burn bar, output, status; any furnace fuel, hopper-fed) and battery screen (charge bar and rate). Spare power fills batteries for the night.
- The catalog has 94 items in 8 categories, with a cart and one checkout. Buying raises an item's price for a while, selling lowers it.
- Candlestick market chart with 1H, 1D and 1W views, a news ticker, and a Sell half button.
- Daily contracts from 15 companies, per player. Block finds: now and then a network pays out 10 minutes of output at once. Average income is unchanged.
- Leaderboard tab (top 10 and your rank) and new advancements, up to the 100,000 BCE Golden Rig trophy.
- Co-op tab and /blockbyte coop: invites, roles, a shared wallet, payout split (equal, by hashrate or to the wallet) and machine access (only me, co-op or public view).
- Send BCE with /blockbyte pay or the Bank tab, and print vouchers for any whole amount. Press P for your Hardware Wallet, or the handbook if you don't carry one.
- Thermal Gel can be used on a miner, mining earns Engineering XP, and overclocked miners can burn out above the heat limit (never destroyed).
Changed
- One codebase builds both loaders, all text can be translated, and every screen fits small windows.
- The controller screen shows a big status with the fix under it, then earnings and the power bill. Details are behind More and in tooltips.
- Power is used in this order: solar, generators, batteries, then the grid. Generators only burn fuel when something needs it.
- Market news, contracts and halvings stay in the news ticker. Only a bull run, crash or halving gives one line above the hotbar, and only to players who use the mod.
Fixed
- Buy-and-sell-back, craft-and-sell, coin, voucher and controller-click tricks no longer make money.
- Research bonuses and the Hash Optimizer module now work. Miners keep condition, paste and modules when picked up.
- Blocks and their contents drop when broken, and the Network Wrench recipe loads again.
- Other players can no longer use or break your machines, and touching cables no longer merge networks.
- Trading needs an open terminal nearby or a Hardware Wallet. Saves are written safely, and switching worlds no longer mixes up balances.
Balance
- Grid power costs 175 BCE per kWh, about a quarter to a third of mining income. Unpaid bills become debt and stop earnings.
- Tier 1 pays back in about 4 hours, Tier 4 in about a day. Tiers 2 to 4 cost about 0.015, 0.11 and 0.63 BBY.
- 25% catalog fee (halved by Wholesale Broker). Halvings stop after 3. Fuel lasts three times longer. Each extra coolant block helps a little less.
