Port to Neoforge 1.21.8 and forge 1.20.1

## Fixes

- **Slime block bounce** — survival/adventure fall-damage handling aligned with 1.20 behaviour on all supported versions.

- **World Entry block** — can now tp everywhere, not just in a range of 32 blocks
