Added Endyster and Totemite Stairs and Walls, added End's Scythe, Ecton Scythe, Gilded Hammer, and Soulflame Hammer as additional tools, added additional materials for smithing said tools as well as other functions (Blaze Bone, Ender Bone, Phantom Coal, Phantom Powder, Ender Coal, Blazed Coal, Hamtasm, and Cooked Hamtasm). This was to give the ores more uses for the player in addition to adding helpful new mechanics. Petrified Planks, Petrified Wood, and Orewoods all are properly tagged under their block and item types, giving them proper functionality.

1.1.1 is a minor fix that adds proper smithing recipes (previously out of order) as well as the Phantom Cytoplasm Slab.
