### 🧬 Testosterone & Estrogen

Two new custom Cobblemon gender-changing treatments have been added!

- **Testosterone** — changes a compatible Pokémon's gender to Male.
- **Estrogen** — changes a compatible Pokémon's gender to Female.
- Uses Cobblemon's native Pokémon selection interface — choose which Pokémon you want to treat directly from your party.
- Items are only consumed after a successful gender change.
- Genderless and incompatible Pokémon are safely rejected without consuming the item.
- Sent-out Pokémon receive custom gender-specific transformation animations.
- Added unique male and female transformation particle effects.
- Added custom transformation sounds.
- Added custom item textures, models, names and lore.

### 🪨 Rock/Ground Gym Improvements

- Gym inactivity timeout now triggers the full Gym 1 reset sequence when it expires.
- Disconnect grace-period expiry now also triggers the full Gym 1 reset sequence.
- Existing Gym session recovery and player recovery protections remain in place.
