A very small mod I made in MCreator for a personal modpack but decided to publish it because... well, why not?
When crafting an eye of ender you will notice that instead of giving you a normal one it gives you a "blinded" eye of ender.
To transform the blinded eye of ender into a normal eye of ender, you just have to shift + right click on a beacon with the eye in your hand, which makes fighting the Wither obligatory to complete the game (assuming you don't have another mod that allows you to get eyes of ender in some other way).
...And that's it, that's literally the whole mod, feel free to use it in your modpack, don't forget to mention me as its creator (although honestly the mod is so small and simple that I wouldn't blame you if you forgot).
