READ THIS FIRST
- Update BLib together with AVP Alien, AVP Human and AVP Predator. Their next versions add recipe viewer pages through BLib 0.3.12a and will not run on an older BLib.
- Installing by hand? Delete the old
blib-resurrection-...jar first, or the game finds BLib twice and will not start. The CurseForge and Modrinth apps handle this for you.
Game Breaking Changes
None this release. Nothing is removed, and world loading is unchanged.
New
RECIPE VIEWERS (JEI, REI AND EMI)
- BLib now supports all three recipe viewers. A mod built on BLib describes its pages once and they appear in JEI, REI and EMI, with the same tab titles in each.
- Mob and block drop pages, read from the real loot tables. In single player they include data pack changes.
- Drops that need Silk Touch or shears are labelled. Drops that depend on a mob's rank or tier are shown as possible, not hidden.
- Conversion pages, for things that turn one block into another in the world.
- Information pages on items, using each viewer's own info screen.
- Mods can hide items players should never have (such as hive-only blocks) from the item lists of all three viewers.
- A broken loot table or a page that fails to build is skipped and logged, never breaking the viewer.
- Works on NeoForge and Fabric. Nothing changes if no recipe viewer is installed: the support only loads when one is there.
