Blessing of Pandora

Added giveStartingNecklace and giveStartingCurses, both true by default, to config/blessingofpandora.toml.
新增 giveStartingNecklace（开局赠送项链）和 giveStartingCurses（开局赠送七个诅咒），默认均为 true。
Both enabled: the original necklace with seven curses; necklace disabled: seven loose curse items; curses disabled: an empty necklace; both disabled: no starting gift.
均开启时维持原版含七个诅咒的项链；仅关闭项链时直接发放七个诅咒物品；仅关闭诅咒时发放空项链；均关闭时不发放两者。
Uses the dependency's one-time advancement reward, without an additional login grant or changes to existing inventories.
沿用前置模组的一次性进度奖励，不额外注册登录赠送，不改动玩家已有物品；重登与死亡重生不重复赠送。
Added Chinese explanatory comments to every configuration entry while preserving existing keys and defaults.
为全部配置项添加中文说明注释，保留已有配置名称及默认值。
