- Added Summon Angel skill support for Greater/Lord Light Spirit users that summons Angel players [If Mysticism isnt installed this wont exist]
- Added a fallback grant check so Summon Angel is awarded after prayer cooldown starts if spirit upgrade events were missed
- Added Blenny, Lord of Admins (`blensura:blenny_lord_of_admins`)
  - Toggleable Presence Concealment 255
  - Toggleable Presence Sense 255
  - Persistent toggle state
  - Reapplies correctly after respawn
- Patched invisibility detection so Blenny concealment acts as true concealment against anything.
- Added Forced Charm (`blensura:forced_charm`)
  - Permanently claims unowned non-player mobs
  - Requires overwhelming EP advantage
  - Costs the target’s EP in current and max magicules

- Added Dominion Grimoire (`blensura:dominion_grimoire`)
  - Teaches Forced Charm
  - Uses the Tensura grimoire texture.
  - Added as rare loot in select structures.
