Bleach_KD 3.0.0-BetaF - 1.16.5

BetaF of version 3.0.0, aka the 1.16.5 port. Added some features that were added to versions 2.4.x, this is in slow preparation to make versions sync up better but never exact. Reduced spawnrates but they still seem super high to me, will be completely reworked before a full release. Hueco Mundo now has Soul Quartz trees, but no Menos Forest underground, 1.16.5 generation and dimensions still elude me. More recipes have been readded but most block recipes have not, low priority. Beyond this some minor fixes and edits as well as an attempt to make multiplayer work better, mainly the renders such as sheaths and masks and hollow players (which did crash), I am unable to test these though.
Please report anything you come across that seems wrong in regards to the mod, especially multiplayer.

- Added Bankai XP and mastery level
- Added setSchrift command and associated data

- Added Soul Quartz trees generation but on surface

- Fixed Flying Hollows stuck on ground but do not go after targets
- Fixed hollowfied reishi not tp to HM
- Fixed Sanrei and Leztz bow texture reference error
- Fixed Hollow Tome incorrect values

This is a beta, some features may be removed, missing, not working correctly or incomplete.
Report any and all problems/differences noticed in my discord.
Multiplayer has not been tested in any way, attempt at own risk.

Current Potential Issues

- Hueco Mundo incomplete
- Music Discs have been removed (temporarily)
- Several Configurations removed (temporarily)
- Entity spawns have default values and category spawns (eg MONSTER vs CREATURE)
- Flying Hollows dont go after targets
