Updates

• Updated JEI and Neoforge — The mod now uses newer versions of the JEI (Just Enough Items) and Neoforge libraries, keeping things compatible with the latest setup.

Clean-ups (under the hood)

• Removed deprecated code — Old, deprecated code has been stripped out across the mod.

Note: A large earlier commit ("Preliminary move to null-analysis-based system") introduced Blastcraft's null-analysis system and bumped the version to 0.7.0. It's the foundation for the changes above and doesn't need separate explanation for daily use.
