Initial public alpha release for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge.
Main features
- Added a dedicated modular SlashBlade with seven Tetra component slots: blade, tsuka, tsuba, saya, habaki, kashira, and fuller.
- Preserved native SlashBlade blade state, combos, special attacks, ownership, kill count, durability, broken-blade state, and repair behavior.
- Added three construction-derived combat styles: Iaido, Rengeki, and Dangaku.
- Added functional weapon components affecting quickdraw, defense, precision, durability, rank stability, attack speed, and combat effects.
- Added native Tetra repair and honing progression.
- Added construction-derived weapon names and the modular demon-blade awakening component.
- Added dynamic material-aware textures, blade patterns, slash trails, ranged-art colors, and inventory durability backgrounds.
- Added preset scabbard skins and redesigned tsuba visuals.
- Added compatibility for common Tetra materials, Dragonsteel, Ghost Ingot, Divine Metal, and populated Forge ingot tags.
- Added the survival starter recipe: combine one SlashBlade wooden puppet with three iron ingots.
- Disabled the anvil rename shortcut for turning modular blades into demon blades.
Alpha 22.2 fixes
- Restored the SlashBlade inventory durability diamond.
- The durability background now follows the installed Tetra blade material.
- Preserved the blue remaining-durability layer and red broken-blade layer.
- Removed the duplicate vanilla green durability bar.
- Fixed modular material textures incorrectly overriding SlashBlade durability textures.
