A few minor tweaks/balance changes

Known bugs:

Effect timers sometimes look a little glitchy when selecting items in inventory

Some recipes are uncraftable with vanilla 1.7.10 as the ingredients weren't added until later versions, but they should work with mods that add the missing items as long as they were given appropriate Ore Dictionary names

Ore Dictionary names for missing ingredients:

Chorus Fruit = cropChorusFruit

Beetroot = cropBeetroot

Cooked Rabbit = foodCookedrabbit

Cooked Mutton = foodCookedmutton
