MOD OVERVIEW:
Adds a new alternative method of obtaining paper - stripping birch trees using an axe. By default, each stripped log gives 0-1 Paper, where the upper bound in increased by 1 for each level of fortune, up to Fortune III averaging 2 paper (0-4) per block stripped. The min and max bounds can be tweaked in the config, and the fortune support can also be disabled.
