Changelog
-moved rotor and cowling rendering to their own seperate classes
-added "return true" in some places that it should have been
-made cowling seperate from engines and therefore into its own item
-added a seperate type of cowling (no unique name yet, if anyone knows if there are specific names for types of WW1
cowling designs, please relay them to me)
-made cowling a requirement for starting engines in the rain
-added plating to Ailerons (it was there before, it just wasn't installable and didn't render properly)
-right-click after plating a wing to plate the aileron in said wing
-started banging my creative gray cells against the desk and made aileron-specific rendering textures
-changed some more stuff on the plane summons
-moved the model names to the item description
-gave the multi-body biplane a *hilarious* fake name
-moved some references to allow easier modifications to the part array
-fixed a rendering bug on the inside of aileron'd wings
-added somewhat buggy outlines rendered on the part the player is looking at
-made player rendering angle to stay in the seat for third-person camera
-broke everything
-then fixed most things
-made mechanic wrenches required to take components out of parts before breaking (to prevent accidental breaking of
biplane whilst removing grass)
-increased stability of aircraft when turning and added an internal variable to change it
-temporarily removed from-scratch aircraft building (it's buggy)
-showcase in Russian (fast graphics, looks like it cuts off at the end):

-another Spanish showcase (it takes a little bit, but he gets most of it figured out by the end. I should really
make a better explanation. Maybe translations into other languages as well? I'll think about it.):
