BiomeBound is a custom mod made by me for ACE and the Battle Biomes Server. The transforms Minecraft exploration by introducing a biome-based faction system with unique buffs. When you first enter a world, you are automatically assigned a viable biome faction and teleported near or in that biome. While inside your assigned biome, you gain helpful buffs including Speed I, Haste I, Jump Boost I, and Night Vision, giving you a tangible advantage within your territory.

Leaving your assigned biome will remove these buffs, though there are no penalties, allowing freedom of movement while rewarding players who stay within their biome. Want a change of scenery? Craft and consume a Biome Berry, a rare and expensive item that reassigns your faction to the biome you are currently in. Biome Berries come with a 30-minute cooldown between uses, adding a layer of strategy to biome switching.

Additionally, Biome Berries can be used to brew Potions of Biome Fatigue, which temporarily disable all biome buffs for the duration of the potion, offering tactical flexibility for adventure or PvP scenarios.

The mod also introduces an all new Magnifying Glass that allows you to see other player's assigned biomes!
