Fixes/Changes;

• Added Rotten Worm hostile mob, this appears when using the Rotten Bean to change biome with increased results when the bean is enchanted.
• Created a recipe for the Mixed Biome Bean Bag as it was too rare to just be traded.
• Adjusted saturation value given from Golden Beans, as it was way too high.
• Updated Tooltips.
• Added config file for more customisation options.
