Added

• A search entry beside the book, opening a new search screen
• Simple keyword search: whitespace separated keywords, matched against either the entity name (default) or the entity id
• A search field toggle between the entity name and the entity id
• The search results keep the tool bars of the entity list: discovery progress, "only discovered entities", multi selection and add to blacklist
• A generic hint when an entity list has no entities to display

Changed

• Extract the entity category model out of EntityManager into the new EntityClassificationManager

Fixed

• Non-living entities such as cushions no longer trigger a discovery
• The search row no longer loses clicks to overlapping entity cards
