Adds a bingo overlay to the play.bingomc.net server to make card viewing easy

What's new
Added animations/sounds to both the card and scoreboard which were imported from my jamiebingo mod project.
You can now chose your team colour in the overlay settings menu (m key by default).
Team mode now syncs your team colour with your card colour, and automatically sets everyone to thier respective teams on the scoreboard and shows custom team names.
This mod has no additional files
