Bingbingbing

Adds a new enchantment, "Bingbingbing": craft its enchanted book from Blue Ice + Packed Ice + Ice, apply it to tools/weapons/armor at an anvil, and enchanted gear replaces the relevant sound effects with the bingbingbing.

What's new

## 1.1.1

### Added
* New note block instrument "Ice Maker" for plain ice: placing a note block on ice now plays a brand-new "bing" sound.

### Changed
* Note block ice instruments are now split into three: plain ice plays a single ice tone, blue ice plays the bingbingbing sound, and packed ice reverts to the vanilla chime.
* Packed ice is no longer retextured (sound-wise) by this mod.
