* **Ice Anvil** — a brand-new workstation block. Craft it from Blue Ice and Packed Ice using the same layout as a vanilla anvil. It's dedicated to the Bingbingbing enchantment: applying it is free, the right slot only accepts the Bingbingbing book, taking the result doesn't consume the book so you can reuse it indefinitely, and the anvil never wears down. It comes with its own GUI, break/use sounds, and particles. As a gravity block it shatters on landing and deals less damage than a vanilla anvil.
* Bingbingbing can now be applied on both the vanilla anvil and the new Ice Anvil — both are free.
* Anti-abuse rule: the Bingbingbing book can no longer be merged with other enchanted books into a combined book.
