a small addon that adds a few functions for Mahoraga players

What's new
- Removed wheel duplication (when player dies the wheel disappears from their loot\corpse) so each player can only have one wheel at a time.
- Compatible with Corpse mod.
- Made the wheel irremovable for Mahoraga players.
- The wheel now automatically goes to the head slot when spawning, preventing Mahoraga players from giving it away
- added new gamerule - mahoragaAddon:alwaysgivesword
If set to true - Mahoraga players get both the wheel and sword of extermination when respawning (as they are technically parts of Mahoraga's body)
If set to false - they only get the wheel
default - false (feels a little too OP)
