Adds custom Bottle of Enchanting with craft, and setting where you can change XP amount per bottle
I'm not updating mod to X.X.X version, don't type it in commetns. I'll never do that.
Mod adds new Bottle of Enchanting, what can be crafted with next recipe:
Player gains 5XP per use
Player use this bottle as any other potion - but faster.
Player can change amount of recieving XP per bottle through /gamerule xpcount
