Jellyfish minions: much less health, faster movement
The Jellyfish minions should be annoying but easy to kill.
- Base max health from 40 to 8 (In Control still multiplies it:
x1.5 hard, x2 nightmare).
- Movement speed in spinAround from 0.25 to 0.45 blocks/tick.
- Circling step around the target from 0.05 to 0.075 rad/tick.
