Silence Useless Milk use-item tick log

Useless Milk 1.0 (UselessMilk#eatMilk) prints event.getDuration() with
System.out.println on every LivingEntityUseItemEvent.Tick of a player,
for any item (eating, drinking, drawing a bow, blocking with a shield),
on both client and server, flooding the log with countdown numbers.
UselessMilkTickLogMixin redirects only that println to a no-op.
