KubeJSPluginsMixin: isolates per-plugin exceptions in forEachPlugin
KubeJSPlugins.forEachPlugin() lacked a per-plugin try/catch block; if
any KubeJS plugin from the pack's 326 mods crashed during
afterInit(), it would silently abort the remainder of KubeJS.loadComplete(),
including the RecipeNamespace warmup (the focus of today's investigation).
This Mixin catches and logs exceptions from individual plugins and
proceeds with the rest
