*New* In-game Help Page:
- Added an in-game help page with tons of info on many items and mechanics.
- Access by pressing 'M' or changing to a suitable keybind.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where spell crafter would drop duplicated ingredients of the selected spell.

QOL Changes:
- Fixed the Garnet Necklace so as to remove random damage sounds.

Additions:
- New Server Config setting RelicsEnabled:TRUE/FALSE #Whether or not relics grant special effects.

New Content:
- Added new Mask relics with two new relics:
    Quartz Mask: Speed 1
    Amethyst Mask: Regeneration 1

Other Changes:
- Changed 'Haunting', 'Tree Feller', 'Vampire' enchantments to include items via tags instead of individual items
- Haunting: 'minecraft:swords'
- Vampire: 'minecraft:swords'
- Tree Feller: 'minecraft:axes'
- Changed name of 'Amethyst Gem' to 'Amethyst Crystal'
- Changed name of 'Emerald Gem' to 'Emerald Crystal'
