New Features

• Dynamic modded gamerule translation — Rule names and descriptions now fall back to the standard gamerule.<ruleId> translation key, reusing Minecraft's built-in I18n system. Translations shipped in other mods' own language files (or in translation resource packs like I18nUpdateMod) are now picked up automatically, following your game language.
• Online translation lookup — Rules with no translation at all now show a small lookup button next to the help icon. Clicking it opens a search screen with one-click entries for MC百科, CurseForge, and Minecraft Wiki — opened in your system browser and searching by the owning mod's display name.
• Localized "no description" fallback — Modded rules without a description now show "No description available" / "暂无描述" instead of a hardcoded English string.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed chat messages leaking raw translation keys — Changing a modded gamerule no longer shows gamerule.bettergamerules.xxx in chat; it now displays a readable rule name.
• Fixed help tooltips being overdrawn by widgets — The "?" tooltip was rendered before the entry widgets and could be covered by them; tooltips are now drawn on top.
