- Adds more config options for the Hall of Legends

- Rewrites a bunch of things related to Artifact Frames

- Right-clicking on a Hall of Legends with a glass pane now hides the artifact frame canvas

- Similarly, carpet makes the canvas bigger

- Finally fixes up the Artifact Shard model

- Fixes a bug where Artifact Shards didn't render until reloading resources

- Hall of Legends now store artifacts on a per world basis, instead of in the block itself.
