-Rewrite Better Weather from the ground up to be of a higher quality and far less buggy.

-Crops now have favorite biomes! And a specific multiplier can be argued by biome. A favorite biome means that this crop performs better(how much better depends on the multiplier argued in the crop-favorite-biomes config) in this biome REGARDLESS of season!!!
-Holding your jump key while hovering over a valid crop will display that crop's favorite(most fertile) season & the fertility all seasons.
-Holding your crouch key while hovering over a valid crop will display the crop's favorite biomes and current fertility for the current season.
-Disable biome temperature modification by default for now due to newly generated chunks generating frozen over and snow not decaying. I recommend if you have an existing config to set the `tempModifier` for each subseason to 0.0, to mitigate the snowy chunks when generating NEW chunks.
Note: The modification of biome temperature will make a return by default when loading chunks with snow & ice looks visually pleasant and isn't tedious. This loading of snow & ice will be dynamic with seasons i.e loading a chunk in spring will have NO snow, then loading that same chunk(if you comeback to it later) will have snow covering it. This is an issue present in MC as it stands with the vanilla weather when snow spawning occurs(snow only spawns in your visible view distance), but it gets especially worse when biome temperature is changing dynamically with the season and generating new chunks where the biome in vanilla doesn't spawn snow by default, but with Better Weather's seasons it does. And as you might assume creating such a dynamic system is an absolute pain and difficult to do right.
Looking ahead
- I will be adding a weather forecast item(lets you see what weather events are coming up with a countdown) together with a weather vane block and possibly a new Meteorologist Villager to buy these forecasts.
-An item for seeing what the current season is.
-Custom shaders(for transitional biome colors between seasons in place of forcing a chunk refresh(F3+A) to change colors
-Tornados and hurricanes
-Local weather
-Custom clouds
-Mod compat with mods such as Tough As Nails
