Efficiency -> Regeneration increased by the level
Unbreaking -> will stop the the same amount of deaths as the enchantment level before becoming intert
Protection -> Regeneration increased by the level
Flame -> fire resistance
Thorns -> instant damage in a 6 block radius
Knockback -> knocks back all entities in a 6 block radius
Upon stopping death, the enchanted totem becomes inert and can be reactivated in an anvil with another totem
Additionally, totems now protect against void damage
