Better to Play (MVS)((Neo)Forge/Fabric)

MVS V1.17.3
This is the last official supported MVS version for Forge 1.19.2 and NeoForge 1.21.8!
The 1.19.2 is the current longest supported version of MVS that,s why is iconic and becomes longer support with features!
"Extended Feature Updates" or other: Not more big full version updates but backports with features and other minor things!

Bugfixes:
The "/setblockhand" command detects Items not more as Blocks (is now marked as Mod Feature)
The Emerald Chestplate gives not more the effect particles,
The Emerald and Netherald Hoe has not the right break speed!,
The Fireball and TNT spawns the particles in the wrong position,
The Dragon Toy plays sometimes the sound twice or thrice (in the same sound category) and when also 1 sound plays count as 2 sounds*.
(I fixed the ghost sounds and reduced the sound usage from max 25 sounds to ~10 - 15 sounds per second)
Elytra Wings (Enchantment) Removed (again),
The Fall Damage Config was available in the 1.19.2!
