Better Ruins

Discover two original ruined structures: a watchtower and a shrine, each containing loot chests. These small landmarks generate in eligible biomes in new chunks. Existing terrain is not replaced.

Installation

Data-only Fabric mod. Install on the server or in your singleplayer mods folder. Vanilla clients can join. Fabric Loader 0.19.5 or newer is required; Fabric API is not required. Use the JAR for your exact Minecraft version and back up worlds before adding world-generation mods.

Alpha scope

Initial 0.1.0-alpha release: two structures, not a large dungeon overhaul. Natural structure frequency needs broader survival testing.
