• Fixed false “Trinkets slot changed during capture” errors that could prevent grave creation.
• Items now return to the player’s inventory if their original Trinkets slots are occupied or unavailable.
• Any remaining items drop at the player’s position when the inventory is full.
• Improved transaction rollback to help prevent item loss and duplication if recovery fails.
