Better Questing - Lord of the Rings addon

An addon for Better Questing that adds a new task to achieve a certain alignment with a certain faction.
This mod simply adds a few new tasks to Better Questing.
New Tasks:
- Faction Alignment Task - To set this task up, it is simple. For the faction, simply add the faction name. then set the alignment you want the player to reach (can be positive or negative)
[For a list of valid faction names, type anything in the faction text box that is not a faction, the mod will print a list of valid options to the console/log]
- Middle Earth Biome Task - Simply add the biome id for the Middle Earth Biome that you want the player to reach, when they do, the task gets completed. (Idea from Recneps on the LotR wiki)
[For a list of valid biome ids, enter any number less then 0 (like -1) to the Biome id box. The mod will print out a list of biome names with their ids]
As you might assume, This mod requires Better Questing, Standard Expansion, and The Lord of the Rings mod.
