*Fixed Fish sticks texture sometimes not rendering.
*Made Coconut a placeable block like grass, ferns, flowers ect.
*Added fish scales.
*Made Coral, Atlantite, and Oceanium Ores drop their following chunks.
*Added Coral Ingots and changed the coral recipes to require them.
*Made Coral, Atlantite, And Oceanium Ores, along with the Oceanium Block have the correct break time.
