  "Netherrack Altar" is a block, if you have "Crying Obsidian" Then by right clicking "Netherrack Altar" you will be sent to the overworld with message "Altar completed." , but if you dont have it, then it plays a fail sound and says that altar failed  ("Crying Obsidian" does not gets removed from your inventory after altar's success.
